The Feeling Has To Be Real

How do you feel when you go through your vision board or bucket list. Is it some weird exercise you go through because you've heard the experts talk about bringing about what you focus on? Or... is it more meaningful than that? I'm all about harnessing the powers of the subconscious mind and using them in a VERY practical manner. Be open minded when it comes to attracting your future. Allow yourself to get lost in the emotions and day dreams of how it will feel ...when... (you fill in the blank). As I always say - we humans have an amazing ability to visualise and feel when it comes to worry and fear. Choose to use that same mental energy to direct your inner being toward your best life. Try affirmations, visualisation and most importantly ACTION #BeginToday
