More Than Just A 'Do-Over'

Often in life we don't accomplish tasks (to our satisfaction) at the first attempt. So, we try again and sometimes again - until we get it.

But something struck me the other day. Doing the same thing and expecting a different result is insanity right? - Yet we seem to do this time and again.
How often do we change something in our method or execution of the task on the next go?
Most of the time we just repeat the SAME action, get the SAME result and soon give up because nothing changes. This isn't such a big deal if you repeat and fail to assemble a new TV stand for instance but what about when it comes to your life? What if your business venture or family's financial independence depended on you getting it right?

This leads me to question just how engaged we are with life... I believe we mostly sail through life, half conscious, half aware and half trying to pursue the very things we claim to live for... All we get is half results - never quite making it.

Obstacles come up and you will definitely need to try some things again. Give yourself then satisfaction of knowing that you truly gave the most important pursuits in your life your best shot, EACH time.

Be present in your life and see the results you get when you give it your all.

' Today's Declaration: "I give nothing less than my absolute best." ' - Robin Sharma

The Feeling Has To Be Real

How do you feel when you go through your vision board or bucket list. Is it some weird exercise you go through because you've heard the experts talk about bringing about what you focus on? Or... is it more meaningful than that? I'm all about harnessing the powers of the subconscious mind and using them in a VERY practical manner. Be open minded when it comes to attracting your future. Allow yourself to get lost in the emotions and day dreams of how it will feel ...when... (you fill in the blank). As I always say - we humans have an amazing ability to visualise and feel when it comes to worry and fear. Choose to use that same mental energy to direct your inner being toward your best life. Try affirmations, visualisation and most importantly ACTION #BeginToday

Mid-Week Motivation

As you know guys - I love quotes that pack-a-punch and keep me motivated through each work week.
Thought I'd share these and I hope they'll be useful ;)

# "Our results always reflect the calibre of our thinking" - Robin Sharma

# "People who are unable to motivate themselves must be content with mediocrity" - Andrew Carnegie

# "If we wait for the moment when everything, absolutely everything is ready, we shall never begin" - Ivan Turgenev #BeginToday

# "Victory is always possible for the person who refuses to stop fighting" Napoleon Hill

# "Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you are right" - Henry Ford

Embody Success!

So often we talk about wanting to reach successful heights and rarely consider whether we'll be able to fill the big shoes. As you know, success is not just about the money one accumulates, but also, the person you have to become. Begin walking, talking and feeling like the success you are and embrace and embody that amazing version of yourself.

Achieving success is more than about the affirmations you say and how many times a day you say them. Be practical in your attraction of greatness. Take time to consider how the 'you' in creation thinks, feels, behaves and even laughs! and begin to be the best version of yourself TODAY #be/do/have #successmindset

Small Changes often make the Biggest Difference

Having recently moved house, I've been experimenting with new routes that can get me through traffic in the quickest possible time. One thing I've noticed is that even the smallest change can make a difference. Changing my route by literally one street can change the journey. Turning at the first set of lights instead of the second…Making the right turn at the second junction instead of the third can shave time off the time it takes me to reach my destination.

What if the same is true for your success? What if waking up a little earlier, or reaching out to just two extra contacts a day could be the difference between having success that little bit sooner rather than later? Try it. Experiment to find out which little changes could make a big difference to your success.

What little changes will you make to move you miles ahead?

Gremlins...Not Good

What does the little gremlin on your shoulder say?
For some, it's that they aren't good enough or that they don't deserve better and for others, the little guy instils fear in them which literally paralyses and prevents them reaching for their golden lives.
Refuse to be robbed of what's rightfully yours.

Claim your best life today!

The Factory

Thought of a crazy analogy today. So, imagine your brain is a factory with lots of little workers. Like workers in a normal factory, they know what needs to be done and they get it done – with personal input left to a minimum. The subconscious mind is one section of this huge factory. The workers in the subconscious are especially diligent! Through a big screen, images of the next ‘task’ are beamed in. These consist of all one’s thoughts, hopes, fears and aspirations. The mor
e intense the emotions associated with the images, the higher up the priority list they are placed. Their job? To ensure that the way they organise things matches up with the most frequent and strongest input.

That’s how the subconscious works – it doesn't stop to analyse what’s best or ideal for you. It works at matching up your reality with your dominant thoughts and emotions. Take time to pay attention to where your energy flows. That may just be the explanation you've been looking for.

Hi everyone! Thought I'd share this great post I came across by Les Brown...Ready?...

"Decide to become a "no matter what" person. Decide that you will make your dream become a reality...NO MATTER WHAT! It doesn't matter if you run out of money, or if life catches you on the blind side. It doesn't matter if you experience disappointments, failures, or setbacks. You have what it takes to bounce back. Your gifts, talents, and abilities require that kind of resolve. The next moment can change your life...for good. Be open to that. Don't give up and make it happen...NO MATTER WHAT!!"

Are You Playing in The Arcade of Life or Are you still stuck at the Coin Machine?

Creation of wealth, like everything else is about mindset... What do you associate with wealth?Greed or Abundance? Think about what you desire. Think about what you deserve... Choose to live a meaningful life, a full life. Don't get bogged down in the rat race of 'wealth accumulation', like mice collecting tokens.
That's like going to an arcade and spending your whole time there focusing on having the ever elusive 'enough' before you go out and play. Choose to align yourself with wealth and abundance. Lack is NOT the norm. Choose to play in the arcade of life. Find your purpose and passion and work on what comes naturally to you. Make that choice TODAY!! #SuccessMindsets

Visualisation - Helping The Process Along

How much effort and energy do you put into your visualisation process? Is it a ‘task’ you go through just so you can say you did it or is it something you look forward to and really get stuck into? Visualisation is very much about the mental images which we focus on but also a lot about the feelings which these evoke....
